Review Appraisal Process for RALF Acquisitions <br />Deputy City Administrator Nelson stated Council had expressed some concerns with the <br />appraisal for the ICO property on Highway #10. The appraisal seemed high in light of <br />the current market. <br />Jodi Ruehle, The Tinklenberg Group, introduced Chris Hoganson who did the appraisal <br />on four properties on Highway #10 and George Eckenoff who reviewed the appraisal on <br />all the properties. She pointed out there are comp sales and conclusions included in her <br />memo to Council which is attached to the staff report. <br />Councilmember Elvig stated that the City is paying $10 a foot on Highway #10.
