` LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />August 17, 1988 <br />Page 3 <br />Schrantz felt that proper testimony and facts must be presented in <br />order to accomplish our goals. Weaver recommended that Mrs. Bartolain <br />meet with Lyle Bradley, form a position statement with facts and information, <br />and make their presentations to the proper boards, including member city <br />councils. <br />The commission invited Mrs. Bartolain and Mr. Bradley to the <br />September WMO meeting to present their findings. <br />NLII BUSINESS <br />With Mr. Mathisen's absence the commission concurred that member city <br />assessment valuations in relation to the 1989 budget be discussed at the <br />September meeting. <br />Members directed that the Recording Secretary contact engineering con- <br />sultant Skal]man requesting him to forward returned DNR permits and his <br />comments to Anoka City Hall prior toeach WMO monthly meeting for their <br />consideration. <br />There being no further discussion, a motion was made by Weaver, seconded <br />by Raatikka, and unanimously carried, that the meeting adjourn at 9:50 a.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />ava Mikkon n, Recording Secretary <br />
