v <br />s <br />LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />MAY 18, 1988 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Jim Schrantz called the meeting to order at 8:37 a.m. in <br />the Committee Room of Anoka City Hall. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Members present included Chairman Jim Schrantz, Pete Raatikka, <br />John Weaver, and Tom Mathisen. Also in attendance was legal adviser <br />Curtis Pearson. <br />APRIL MINUTES <br />Motion was made by Mr. Mathisen, seconded by Mr. Raatikka, to ap- <br />prove the 4 -20 -88 meeting minutes as printed. All voted yes. Motion <br />carried. <br />TREASURER'S REPORT <br />Mr. Mathisen presented the Treasurer's Report for the period ending <br />4- 30 -88, showing a balance of $15,714.78. The member cities have not yet <br />been billed for their 1988 contribution. <br />Motion was made by Mr. Raatikka, seconded by Mr. Weaver, to approve <br />the Treasurer's report. All voted yes. Motion carried. <br />PAYMENT.OF BILLS <br />Mr. Mathisen reported that $1,000 remains in the budgeted fund for <br />the Management Plan. Mr. Weaver recommended that Barr Engineering rebill <br />the LRRWMO for the exact amount remaining due them for the plan. Other <br />members concurred. <br />Mr. Mathisen was in possession of a bill from the City of Anoka for <br />copying and secretarial services for the months of January, February and <br />March in the amount of $91.71. <br />Motion was made by Mr. Raatikka, seconded by Mr. Mathisen, to approve <br />payment of the bill from the City of Anoka. All voted yes. Motion carried. <br />Having just received the Annual Report, members concurred that it <br />be reviewed and discussed at the June meeting. <br />REPORT OF OFFICERS <br />None. <br />
