• LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />DECEMBER 13, 1989 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Vice - Chairman Pete Raatikka called the meeting to order at <br />8:40 a.m. in the Committee Room of Anoka City Hall. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Members present were Pete Raatikka, John Weaver, Tom <br />Mathisen, and Chairman Jim Schrantz (9:15 a.m.). <br />Engineering consultant Dean Skallman and Attorney Curtis <br />Pearson was also present. <br />NOVEMBER MINUTES <br />Raatikka suggested a change in the November 15 meeting <br />minutes, page 2, middle of the paragraph under Old Business <br />item #1. He recalled that he suggested that the member city <br />councils first review the proposed standards for subdivisions <br />and water quality and development requirement standards prior <br />• to LRRWMO approval and final adoption. <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Raatikka, to APPROVE <br />THE NOVEMBER 15, 1989, MEETING MINUTES WITH THE CHANGE <br />INDICATED BY RAATIKKA. <br />2 ayes - 0 nayes - 1 abstain (Mathisen). Motion carried. <br />TREASURER'S REPORT <br />Mathisen presented the Treasurer's Reports for the periods <br />ending Oct. 31, and Nov. 30, 1989, showing balances of <br />$20,806.79 and $19,140.06 respectively. All member cities <br />have paid their dues. <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Mathisen, to APPROVE <br />THE OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER TREASURER'S REPORTS AS PRESENTED. <br />3 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />In order to straighten out any confusion about approved <br />unpaid bills to Barr Engineering, Mathisen provided a list of <br />all Barr Engineering Bills from August 18, 1988, through Nov. <br />16, 1989. The two bills in question are bills #36 dated <br />April 17, 1989, for $523.59; and bill #37 dated May 16, 1989, <br />for $940.00. Mathisen reported that upon investigation, bill <br />• #36 somehow didn't get paid but was previously approved for <br />payment.. Bill #37 for $940 was reportedly in order and <br />Mathisen recommended its payment. <br />
