PAY THE PAYMENT OF BILLS Mathisen presented a bill from the City of Anoka for secre- tarial services, copying, postage, etc. in the amount of $137.44. Motion was made by Raatikka, seconded by Mathisen, to APPROVE PAYMENT OF THE $137.44 ANOKA BILL. 3 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. A bill from Barr Engineering was also presented in the amount of $187.60 for October meeting attendance and the No Wake Map. Motion was made by Mathisen, seconded by Weaver, to PAY THE $187.60 BARR ENGINEERING BILL. 3 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. REPORT OF OFFICERS - None. CONSIDERATION OF COMMUNICATIONS Mathisen provided a Sept. 8, 1989, Notice of Filing of Watershed Plan from the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources, Bruce Sandstrom, Metro Water Plan Coordinator, with regard to the LRRWMO's Water Management Plan. An inconsistency was sited when a Dec. 4, 1989, memorandum from Mr. Sandstrom was sent to Watershed Management Organizations on the status of 11 509" plan review. An attached chart indicated that the LRRWMO Water Management Plan has never been submitted to agencies for review. Skallman reported that none of the reviewing agencies had any record of receiv- ing the Lower Rum's Water Management Plan. Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Mathisen, DIRECTING THE RECORDING SECRETARY TO PREPARE A LETTER, OVER CHAIRMAN SCHRANTZ'S SIGNATURE, TO MR. SANDSTROM INDICATING THAT PLANS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE VARIOUS AGENCIES FOR REVIEW AND TO ATTACH COPIES OF THE REVIEW AGENCY COVER LETTERS, ALONG WITH THE RECENT RESPONSE RECEIVED FROM THE HEALTH DEPT. ON THE PLAN. 3 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried.
