IN ADDITION, CITIES SHALL COVER <br />INSPECTION COSTS THROUGH THE SUBDIVISION, AND SHALL NOT BILL <br />THE LRRWMO FOR INSPECTION OF THESE PROJECTS. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF OFFICERS - (Cont.) <br />Raatikka reported the Water Resources Conference is scheduled <br />for the end of October 1990. <br />Schrantz reported he has been selected to serve on the 509 <br />Advisory Canmittee. Members were asked to review the October <br />12, 1990, correspondence he received from Jim Birkholz, <br />Executive Director of the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil <br />Resources, and provide imput. Their first meeting has been <br />scheduled for November 1, 1990. <br />Schrantz queried the status of the Watershed Management Plan. <br />Skallman indicated the Board of Water and Soil Resources <br />(BWSR) is waiting to see how the WMO will review permits. <br />The plan revisions have been prepared and are ready to be <br />sent on to BWSR. Schrantz felt the plan should be moved <br />forward toward completion and approval. Skallman stated he <br />could include language in the plan reflecting the proposed <br />permitting process in concept form. <br />Members concurred Skallman should <br />necessary to BWSR for inclusion in <br />to get final approval. Raatikka <br />indicate to BWSR we are waiting <br />plan so we can implement it.
