Should any <br />peninsula property owner want to change anything, it will <br />have to be presented for discussion. However, with or <br />without the covenant, Mr. Bomier indicated no one has any <br />intention of changing the natural state of the peninsula. <br />Because of the nature of the island, they do not need another <br />dock on the river side. <br />Mathisen stated attorney Curt Pearson's September 17, 1990, <br />letter indicates the LRRWMO has nothing to do with this <br />situation. It is a concern of the City of Anoka. Schrantz <br />concurred the ownership issue is none of our concern, but <br />what happens to the river, the peninsula, and dock <br />construction is.
