LRRWMO Meeting Minutes November 28, 1990 Page 2 Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Erickson, to APPROVE THE OCTOBER 31, 1990, TREASURER'S REPORT WITH THE COMMENTS NOTED. 3 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. Weaver noted the Treasurer's Report shows the engineering costs have overrun the budgeted amount. He urged LRRWMO members to realize these engineering expenses will be ongoing, especially when we are fully geared up, and to budget accordingly in the future. (Raatikka arrived at 8:48 a.m.) PAYMENT OF BILLS Erickson presented two bills to be considered for payment: 1) Barr Engineering in the amount of $189.16 for preparation of a permit form for water quality review and review of cor- respondence during the period September 22 -29, 1990; and 2) Wurst, Pearson, Larson, Underwood and Mertz in the amount of $2,066.25 for legal services rendered from January 1, 1990, through September 17, 1990. Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Erickson, to AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF THE $189.16 BARR ENGINEERING AND $2,066.25 WURST, PEARSON, LARSON, UNDERWOOD AND MERTZ BILLS AS PRESENTED. Weaver noted the LRRWMO is also already overdrawing our legal budget by one - third, which will result in tapping into reserves soon. 4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. REPORT OF OFFICERS Weaver indicated he is requesting LRRWMO review of a proposed project within the City of Anoka. Vice- Chairman Raatikka indicated it would be considered as addendum item 2.3 during this agenda. Haas reported the City of Andover has also received a plat proposed for development and would provide a copy for LRRWMO review should it be required. Raatikka indicated the LRRWMO should review all industrial and commercial developments of greater than five acres. All others would be presented to this board in the form of a report from the cities on projects they have reviewed, according to permitting procedure standards recently established. Haas confirmed this is a residential development.
