LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />November 28, 1990 <br />Page 2 <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Erickson, to APPROVE <br />THE OCTOBER 31, 1990, TREASURER'S REPORT WITH THE COMMENTS <br />NOTED. <br />3 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />Weaver noted the Treasurer's Report shows the engineering <br />costs have overrun the budgeted amount. He urged LRRWMO <br />members to realize these engineering expenses will be <br />ongoing, especially when we are fully geared up, and to <br />budget accordingly in the future. <br />(Raatikka arrived at 8:48 a.m.) <br />PAYMENT OF BILLS <br />Erickson presented two bills to be considered for payment: <br />1) Barr Engineering in the amount of $189.16 for preparation <br />of a permit form for water quality review and review of cor- <br />respondence during the period September 22 -29, 1990; and 2) <br />Wurst, Pearson, Larson, Underwood and Mertz in the amount of <br />$2,066.25 for legal services rendered from January 1, 1990, <br />through September 17, 1990. <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Erickson, to AUTHORIZE <br />PAYMENT OF THE $189.16 BARR ENGINEERING AND $2,066.25 WURST, <br />PEARSON, LARSON, UNDERWOOD AND MERTZ BILLS AS PRESENTED. <br />Weaver noted the LRRWMO is also already overdrawing our legal <br />budget by one - third, which will result in tapping into <br />reserves soon. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF OFFICERS <br />Weaver indicated he is requesting LRRWMO review of a proposed <br />project within the City of Anoka. Vice- Chairman Raatikka <br />indicated it would be considered as addendum item 2.3 during <br />this agenda. <br />Haas reported the City of Andover has also received a plat <br />proposed for development and would provide a copy for LRRWMO <br />review should it be required. Raatikka indicated the LRRWMO <br />should review all industrial and commercial developments of <br />greater than five acres. All others would be presented to <br />this board in the form of a report from the cities on <br />projects they have reviewed, according to permitting <br />procedure standards recently established. Haas confirmed <br />this is a residential development. <br />
