There should also be a method established to allow for <br />inspections to insure these standards are met. <br />The Recording Secretary was directed to contact the Engineer- <br />ing Consultant informing him of the boards request for the <br />creation of a third alternative for the implementation of the <br />LRRWMO operating procedures, using information presented <br />during this discussion as a guide. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Possi Pollution Control Agency Grant fo Lake Monitoring <br />Program <br />Schrantz reviewed at the June 28, 1990, meeting Pat Rudolph, <br />Anoka County Soil and Water Conservation District, raised the <br />possibility of the LRRWMO making application for a Clean <br />Water Partnership Grant to assist in financing the Lake <br />Monitoring Program. <br />Following discussion, it was determined the timing for this <br />grant would be too quick to allow the LRRWMO to participate. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Mathisen, to SET THE <br />NEXT MEETING FOR AUGUST 22, 1990. <br />2 ayes - 1 nayes (Schrantz). Motion carried. <br />(Mathisen left at 10:20 a.m.) <br />Mr. Kelly encouraged the board to involve the Soil and Water <br />Conservation District in its process, noting they could be a <br />valuable resource. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Noting the lack of a quorum, Chairman Schrantz declared the <br />meeting adjourned at 10:25 a.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Mava Mikkonen <br />Recording Secretary <br />
