May 16, 1990 <br />Page 2 <br />answering their May 8, 1990, inquiries relative to the LRRWMO <br />1989 audit. Pearson indicated in his letter there is no <br />pending or threatened litigation against this board or any of <br />the individual commissioners for acts relating to the <br />LRRWMO's activities. In addition, there are no unasserted <br />claims or assessments pending against the LRRWMO. Neither <br />are their any claims or assessments which may call for <br />financial statement disclosures against this organization. <br />Motion was made by Raatikka, seconded by Weaver, to APPROVE <br />THE TREASURER'S REPORT AS PRESENTED. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />PAYMENT OF BILLS <br />Mathisen presented a bill from Barr Engineering in the amount <br />of $281.25, from March 4, 1990, through March 31, 1990, for <br />meeting preparation, permit application review, and meeting <br />attendance. <br />Motion was made by Raatikka, seconded by Mathisen, to APPROVE <br />PAYMENT OF THE $281.25 BARR ENGINEERING BILL. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />+' <br />Mathisen presented a bill from the City of Anoka in the <br />amount of $136.75 for supplies, copies, and secretarial <br />services. <br />Motion was made by Raatikka, seconded by Mathisen, to APPROVE <br />PAYMENT OF THE $136.75 BILL FROM THE CITY OF ANOKA. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF OFFICERS <br />Weaver reported meeting with representatives of the League of <br />Women Voters last week, answering questions relative to the <br />function of the LRRWMO concerning the environment and water. <br />_ A copy of recent financial statements were provided them, and <br />members 'of the League were invited to attend this May 1990 <br />meeting. <br />Schrantz requested an addendum be added to the agenda, <br />specifically, discussion of the City of Ramsey proposed bike <br />trail. Concerns were raised by Ramsey residents as outlined <br />in their May 14, 1990, letter to Schrantz. Members agreed to <br />discuss the issue later i the meeting. <br />
