N <br />LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />MARCH 21, 1990 <br />J <br />' 1 <br />J <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Vice - Chairman Pete Raatikka called the meeting to order at <br />8:35 a.m, in the Committee Room of Anoka City Hall. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Members present were Pete Raatikka, Tom Mathisen, John <br />Weaver, and Todd Haas representing absent Jim Schrantz. <br />Also present was Engineering Consultant Dean Skallman and <br />Scott Erickson, Civil Engineer from the City of Coon Rapids <br />scheduled to replace Mathisen on the LRRWMO within the next <br />few months. <br />CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Mathisen, to APPROVE <br />THE FEBRUARY 21, 1990, REGULAR MEETING MINUTES AS PRINTED. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded'by Mathisen, to APPROVE <br />THE FEBRUARY 21, 1990, 7:00 P.M. MINUTES OF THE JOINT MEETING <br />WITH THE MEMBER CITY COUNCILS AS PRINTED. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Mathisen, to APPROVE <br />THE FEBRUARY 21, 1990, SPECIAL 9:20 P.M. MEETING MINUTES AS <br />PRINTED. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />TREASURER'S REPORT <br />Mathisen presented the January 31, 1990, Fiscal Year 1989 <br />Year End Report. The January 1989 bills from the attorney <br />and engineering consultant were not available, therefore, <br />Mathisen included estimated amounts of $250.00 and $500.00 <br />respectively. It was noted there is a $2,114.64 deficit in <br />the Engineering budget as well as a net $2,026.50• deficit. <br />Mathisen reminded members that $1,000 had been carried over <br />from the management plan from the original $15,000 contract <br />with Barr Engineering. <br />
