LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />November 20, 1991 <br />Page 2 <br />Motion was made by Erickson, seconded by Weaver, to AUTHORIZE <br />PAYMENT OF THE $672.00 INSURANCE PREMIUM TO THE LEAGUE OF <br />MINNESOTA CITIES INSURANCE TRUST, BERKLEY RISK SERVICES, INC. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Jankowski, to DECLINE <br />CONWAY OLSON'S OFFER OF THE ONE MILLION DOLLAR EXCESS <br />LIABILITY COVERAGE. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />TREASURER'S REPORT <br />Members acknowledged a noted from Deputy Treasurer Jim <br />Knutson, referencing the portion of the October 16, 1991, <br />meeting minutes regarding the motion to pay the Anoka County <br />Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) for the Round <br />Lake gaging program and the secchi disk readings. Knutson <br />indicated in writing, per Pat Rudolph, SWCD, the $35.00 <br />billing for secchi disk readings does not need to be paid at <br />this time. It will be part of the 1992 lake monitoring <br />process. Knutson's note indicated he will be writing a check <br />to the Anoka County SWCD for $114.00 only, as authorized in <br />the motion. <br />Erickson presented the Treasurer's Report for the period <br />ending October 31, 1991, indicating a money market checking <br />account balance of $10.00; an interest bearing savings <br />account balance of $5,134.23; and a certificate of deposit <br />balance of $6,000.00; for a total balance of $11,144.23. <br />Erickson noted all member cities are paid up on membership <br />dues. <br />Weaver queried whether this report includes an outstanding <br />bill due Barr Engineering, dated June 21, 1991, in the amount <br />of $1,690.60. Erickson was unsure but agreed it probably <br />should, indicating he would check on it. <br />Motion was made by Erickson, seconded by Jankowski, to <br />APPROVE THE OCTOBER 31, 1991, TREASURER'S REPORT, AS <br />PRESENTED, WITH THE AMENDMENT SAID REPORT SHOW THERE IS A <br />JUNE 21, 1991, OUTSTANDING BILL FROM BARR ENGINEERING IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $1,690.60. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes.
