LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION
SEPTEMBER 18, 1991
CALL TO ORDER
Vice - Chairman Steve Jankowski called the meeting to order at
8:40 a.m. in the Committee Room of Anoka City Hall.
ROLL CALL
Members present were Steve Jankowski, Scott Erickson, and
John Weaver. Jim Schrantz was absent.
Also present were Anoka alternate Ray Schultz, Andover repre-
sentative Todd Haas, and insurance agent Conway Olson with T.
C. Field.
CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES
Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Erickson, to APPROVE
THE AUGUST 18, 1991, MEETING MINUTES AS PRINTED.
3 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried.
TREASURER'S REPORT
Erickson indicated no Treasurer's Report is available for
this meeting due to pertinent information not received by him
prior to this meeting. A full financial report for both
August and September 1991 will be provided at the October
regular meeting.
PAYMENT OF BILLS
Erickson presented a bill from Barr Engineering for profes-
sional services provided during the period June 30 through
August 3, 1991, including the review of the county ditch
survey, in the amount of $165.50.
Considerable discussion ensued with regard to the county
ditch survey. Jankowski indicated he contacted the county,
asking them to confirm they are indeed doing the survey. He
further explained the first step to be taken by the county
was to inventory the ditches. Jankowski felt the LRRWMO
should request a copy of said inventory when it becomes
available and will personally make said request of the
county.
