LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />September 18, 1991 <br />Page 6 <br />Haas confirmed the project developer has made the appropriate <br />application and paid the $500 fee. Schultz stated he would <br />have no problem letting them proceed, with the explanation <br />provided by Haas. <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded Jankowski, that IN LIGHT <br />OF THE RECOMMENDATION BY THE ENGINEER, THE SUBJECT PERMIT <br />SHALL BE GRANTED WITH THE CHANGES RECOMMENDED BY THE <br />CONSULTING ENGINEER. <br />The Recording Secretary was directed to write to the Andover <br />City Engineer relaying the board's comments and actions. <br />Haas indicated this project will be formally presented in the <br />third quarter project report at the October meeting. Haas <br />suggested permit copies be provided for LRRWMO files. Weaver <br />concurred this board needs information on each transaction. <br />No vote was taken due to the lack of a quorum. The issue <br />will be considered again at the October meeting. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Due to the lateness of the hour, conflicting schedules of the <br />members, and the lack of a quorum, Vice- Chairman Jankowski <br />declared the meeting adjourned at 10:25 a.m. The remaining <br />agenda will be carried over to the October meeting. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Mava Mikkonen <br />Recording Secretary <br />
