LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />August 28, 1991 <br />Page 7 <br />Schrantz suggested Jankowski call the county to make sure <br />they are in agreement with these findings from BWSR. <br />Jankowski went on to state changing the jurisdiction of the <br />ditches would have to progress through public hearings and <br />approval of a resolution to get rid of the ditches by the <br />county. <br />LRRWMO Bo undary Revision <br />Erickson will provide information on the potential boundary <br />revision at the September meeting. <br />Newsletter <br />Members decided to wait with newsletter articles until they <br />have attended these conferences and grant application <br />seminars. <br />Schultz presented two recently passed acts relating to water <br />management: Chapter #160, H.F. #128 and Chapter #354, H.F. <br />#1. Members will be provided copies of these acts for their <br />perusal. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Jankowski, to ADJOURN <br />THE MEETING. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes.
