A <br />LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />JULY 17, 1991 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Jim Schrantz called the meeting to order at 8:30 <br />a.m. in the Committee Room of Anoka City Hall. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Members present were Jim Schrantz, Scott Erickson, Steve <br />Jankowski (9:25 a.m.), and John Weaver. <br />Also present was Anoka alternate Ray Schultz and Andover <br />alternate Bruce Perry. <br />CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Erickson, to APPROVE <br />THE JUNE 19, 1991, MEETING MINUTES AS PRINTED. <br />3 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />TREASURER'S REPORT <br />Erickson presented the Treasurer's <br />ending June 30, 1991, which indicated <br />account balance of $10.00; an in <br />account balance of $2,030.46; and a <br />account balance of $6,000.00. Total <br />1991, was $8,040.46. <br />Report for the month <br />a money market checking <br />terest bearing savings <br />certificate of deposit <br />balance as of June 30, <br />Erickson reported the first half year membership payment has <br />been received from the City of Ramsey. Erickson indicated we <br />will probably have to use money from the certificate of <br />deposit account to pay bills next month. He also indicated <br />he has sent out notices to all member cities requesting the <br />second half membership due payments. <br />Weaver queried the budget overages for the year. Erickson <br />referenced the current budget report, indicating overall we <br />are pretty close to what was budgeted. Further discussion on <br />the budget followed. Weaver stated he feared we may be <br />headed for financial trouble. <br />Motion was made by Erickson, seconded by Weaver, to APPROVE <br />THE JUNE 30, 1991, TREASURER'S REPORT AS PRESENTED. <br />3 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />
