LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />APRIL 17, 1991 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Jim Schrantz called the meeting to order at 8:35 <br />a.m. in the Canmittee Room of Anoka City Hall. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Members present were Jim Schrantz, Scott Erickson, and Steve <br />Jankowski. John Weaver arrived at 8:40 a.m. <br />Also present: Anoka alternate Ray Schultz; Consulting <br />Engineer Dean Skallman; and Pat Rudolph and Susan Weedman, <br />Anoka County Board of Soil and Water Conservation District. <br />CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES <br />Motion was made by Erickson, seconded by Schultz, to APPROVE <br />THE MARCH 20, 1991, MEETING MINUTES AS PRINTED. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />Schrantz noted the receipt of the April 11, 1991, joint <br />member -city meeting minutes. The board will consider their <br />approval at the May meeting. <br />TREASURER'S REPORT <br />Erickson presented the Treasurer's Report for the period <br />ending March 31, 1991, which indicated a money market check- <br />ing account balance of $10.00; an interest bearing savings <br />account balance of $3,911.19; and a certificate of deposit <br />account balance of $6,000.00. The total balance as of <br />January 31, 1991, was $9,921.19. <br />Motion was made by Erickson, seconded by Jankowski, to <br />APPROVE THE MARCH 31, 1991, TREASURER'S REPORT AS PRESENTED. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />Erickson reported the auditors should be in the week of April <br />22 -26, 1991, to look over the records. <br />PAYMENT OF BILLS <br />Erickson presented two bills from Barr Engineering: For <br />professional services provided during the period December 30, <br />1990, through February 2, 1991, in the amount of $1,444.15. <br />
