I <br />LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />April 17, 1991 <br />Page 2 <br />A breakdown of charges was provided. <br />(Weaver arrived at 8:40 p.m.) <br />Erickson also presented a bill from Barr Engineering in the <br />amount of $743.30, for professional services provided during <br />the period February 3 through March 2, 1991. A breakdown of <br />these charges was also provided. <br />Skallman indicated this is the final billing for revising the <br />Water Management Plan, which was approved January 23, 1991. <br />He explained the original contract specified the writing of <br />the first draft of the plan would be done at a cost of <br />$15,000. The extra costs involved in getting the plan <br />revised and through the approval process has not been <br />tallied. As for other charges found on the bill, Skallman <br />confirmed it costs the LRRWMO approximately $300 per meeting <br />to have him present. This $300 does not include permit <br />review and meeting preparation. <br />Members also received a breakdown of Barr Engineering <br />expenditures for the bill received just prior to the <br />$1,444.15 bill. <br />Motion was made by Erickson, seconded by Weaver, to AUTHORIZE <br />PAYMENT OF THE $1,444.15 AND $743.30 BARR ENGINEERING BILLS. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />Erickson presented two bills from the City of Anoka for <br />secretarial and administrative services, postage, supplies, <br />copies, etc, for the months of December 1990, $149.90, and <br />January 1991, $139.49. <br />Motion was made by Erickson, seconded by Jankowski, to <br />AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF THESE CITY OF ANOKA BILLS. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF OFFICERS <br />Discussion of the April 11 1991 Joint Member -City Meeting <br />The board briefly discussed the April 11, 1991, Joint Member - <br />City meeting held at the Greenhaven Country Club, Anoka, to <br />discuss the approved Water Management Plan. Jankowski <br />indicated he felt those present were more worried about the <br />LRRWMO being another level of government and the people <br />serving on the board after this group than they were about <br />implementation of the plan.
