PAYMENT OF BILLS Erickson presented a bill received from Barr Engineering in the amount of $479.18 dated November 4 through December 1, 1990. A breakdown of LRRWMO related engineering activities was provided, which includes the preparation of an outline for water quality planning and meeting preparation and atten- dance. Schrantz reported Pete Raatikka will no longer represent the City of Ramsey on this board. Alternate Steve Jankowski will take his place as Ramsey's LRRWMO representative. Schrantz requested Erickson contract to determine how many Plan Barr Engineering agreed original agreement. review the Barr Engineering copies of the water Management to provide as part of the CONSIDERATION OF COMMUNICATIONS Schrantz presented a December 27, 1990, letter directed to Peter Raatikka from the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) Area Hydrologist Tom Hovey discussing water body classifications within the LRRWMO. Schrantz noted the receipt of the 509 Subcommittee meeting agenda, scheduled for February 7, 1991, which included a revised draft of rules. Schrantz reported he will be meeting with the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources this afternoon to attempt to achieve final approval of the LRRWMO Water Management Plan.
