LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />APRIL 15, 1992 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Jim Schrantz called the meeting to order at 8:30 <br />a.m. in the Committee Room of Anoka City Hall. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Members present were Jim Schrantz, Scott Erickson, Steve <br />Jankowski (left at 9:00 a.m.), and John weaver. <br />Also present was Anoka alternate Ray Schultz, Deputy <br />Treasurer Jim Knutson, and Anoka County Soil and Water <br />Conservation District representative Tony Brough. <br />CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES <br />Erickson requested that the March 18, 1992, meeting reflect a <br />correction in the Treasurer's Report for the period ending <br />February 29, 1992: "... money market checking account <br />balance of $10.00; interest bearing savings account balance <br />of $7,929.04 and a certificate of deposit account balance of <br />$6,000.00; for a total current balance of $13,939.04 A <br />revised Treasurer's Statement of Cash Receipts and Disburse- <br />ments for the period February 1 through February 29, 1992, <br />was provided. <br />Motion was made by Erickson, seconded by Weaver, to APPROVE <br />THE MARCH 18, 1992, MEETING MINUTES WITH THE REVISIONS <br />INDICATED BY THE TREASURER. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes <br />TREASURER'S REPORT <br />Motion carried. <br />Erickson presented the Treasurer's Report for the period <br />ending March 31, 1992, showing a money market checking <br />account balance of $10.00; interest bearing savings account <br />balance of $7,944.96 less a $1,327.00 LRRWMO permit account <br />balance for a total savings account balance of $6,617.96; and <br />a certificate of deposit account balance of $6,000.00; for a <br />total current balance of $13,954.96. <br />Erickson noted the new line in the report showing the LRRWMO <br />permit account balance which is included in the total current <br />balance. The certificates of deposit mature in a couple of <br />weeks. Knutson recommended since there will not be any <br />significant bills to pay in the next three months that $2,000 <br />
