LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />FEBRUARY 12, 1992 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Jim Schrantz called the meeting to order at 8:30 <br />a.m. in the Canmittee Room of Anoka City Hall. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Members present were Jim Schrantz, Scott Erickson, Steve <br />Jankowski, and John Weaver (left at 9:25 a.m.). <br />Also present were Anoka alternate Ray Schultz and Andover <br />Assistant City Engineer Todd Haas. <br />ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Motion was made by Jankowski, seconded by Erickson, that EACH <br />MEMBER SHALL RETAIN THE SAME OFFICE AS WAS HELD IN 1991: <br />SCHRANTZ,, CHAIRMAN; JANKOWSKI, VICE - CHAIRMAN; WEAVER, <br />SECRETARY; AND ERICKSON, TREASURER. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES <br />Motion was made by Schrantz, seconded by Erickson, to APPROVE <br />THE JANUARY 15, 1992, MEETING MINUTES AS PRINTED. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. <br />TREASURER'S REPORT <br />Motion carried. <br />Erickson presented the Treasurer's Report for the period <br />ending January 31, 1992, showing a money market checking <br />account balance of $10.00; interest bearing savings account <br />balance of $3,103.79; and a certificate of deposit account <br />balance of $6,000.00; for a total current balance of <br />$9,113.79. <br />Erickson reported the 1992 membership dues notices for the <br />first half of this fiscal year was sent out January 31, 1992. <br />Some cities have reportedly made payment already, but the <br />checks have not yet been deposited. <br />Motion was made by Jankowski, seconded by Weaver, to ACCEPT <br />THE TREASURER'S REPORT AS PRESENTED. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />
