LRRWMO Meeting Minutes March 18, 1992 Page .6 Consideration of Andover's Storm Drainage Plan Schrantz referred to the Consulting Engineer's comments relative to the City of Andover's Water Management Plan revised March 15, 1992. Skallman's recommendation was that "this report is in conformance with the LRRWMO Water Manage- ment Plan. This conformance is generally obtained by refer- ring to the LRRWMO plan. The inclusion of a study of regional water quality basins completed by the city or the LRRWMO would improve the plan ". Schrantz indicated he will send these comments, along with comments received from the Coon Creek Watershed, to Andover's consultant for incorporation in its municipal Water Management Plan—. Schrantz reminded members each city's Water Management Plan must be completed within a given time limit and /or updated according to state law. NEW BUSINESS Establish a Review Board for Interim Wetland Reviews Upon discussion, the board concurred the review board for interim wetland reviews has already been established through legislation and policy. Establish a List of Review Board Personnel Members concurred the interim guidelines for wetland regula- tion calls for the establishment of a technical advisory committee to advise the regulatory bodies during the interim period. It was determined further information was needed on the related legislation; directing that this agenda item be continued to the April 1992 regular meeting.
