J, . <br />LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />March 18, 1992 <br />Page 5 <br />time involved in preparing this grant application made the <br />concept of applying for a grant unadvisable. <br />The LRM %TMO also acknowledged the receipt of the 1992 -2010 <br />Metropolitan Waste Control Commission's Wastewater Treatment <br />and Handlina Implementation Plan. <br />PENDING PROJECTS /PERMIT REVIEWS <br />Ramsey's Fourth Quarter 1991 Report <br />Jankowski provided the City of Ramsey's fourth quarter 1991 <br />Project Development Report; a brief summary of said report <br />was verbally presented. Schrantz noted the numerous develop- <br />ments in progress, urging that this board make every attempt <br />to not hold any of these projects up, suggesting special <br />meetings may have to be called in some cases. Jankowski <br />stated these projects will be done according to LRRWMO <br />requirements. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Water Quality Records /Maintenance <br />Jankowski stated he still has not had a chance to discuss the <br />water quality records and maintenance files with our <br />Consulting Engineer at Barr Engineering. Jankowski was urged <br />to discuss with Skallman the need for sending information <br />directly to the LRRWMO offices when he does meet with him. <br />Newsletter Articles <br />Weaver, as previously noted, submitted an article on the <br />History of the LRRWMO, for the purpose of submitting it to <br />member cities' newsletters. Jankowski did not have his <br />article prepared, but indicated he would provide it by the <br />next regular meeting. <br />Consideration of the LRRWMO Permit Application Procedural <br />The Administrative Secretary provided the second draft of the <br />proposed LRRWMO Permit Procedure Policy, noting the changes <br />made as recommended. <br />Motion was made by Schrantz, seconded by Schultz, to APPROVE <br />THE LRRWMO PERMIT PROCEDURE POLICY AS PRESENTED. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />
