LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />March 18, 1992 <br />Page 4 <br />problems with the plan in relation to LRRTVMO requirements. <br />Jankowski stated the City of Ramsey will address these issues <br />and will send another response to the Consulting Engineer, <br />advising him of the city's proposed actions on the project in <br />order to comply with LRRWMO regulations. <br />Weaver presented his newsletter article on the history of the <br />LRRWMO, to be inserted in each member city's newsletter. <br />(Weaver left at 9:28 a.m. Schultz assumed voting privileges <br />for the City of Anoka.) <br />The board acknowledged the receipt of a notice from the <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency relative to the issuance <br />of a general permit for water treatment facilities in <br />Minnesota discharging filter backwash water to surface waters <br />of the state. <br />Schrantz noted the receipt of a March 3, 1992, letter from <br />Thomas G. Haluska, Assistant Anoka County Attorney, request- <br />ing any and all information pertaining to the LRRWMO's 1990 <br />and 1991 involvement with the Lake Levels Monitoring Program <br />conducted by the Anoka County Soil and Water Conservation <br />District.
