LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />February 12, 1992 <br />Page 10 <br />stating if we can not assess then he does not want the <br />responsibility of the ditches; we can not do this out of the <br />general fund. <br />Jankowski volunteered to write a rough draft response - on the <br />Anoka County Ditch Inventory for the county and make it <br />available by the March 1, 1992, deadline. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Consideration of LRRWMO Permit Application Procedural Pol <br />Mikkonen indicated after considerable discussion at the <br />January meeting about what the permitting procedure should <br />be, she drafted a policy /operating procedure on this issue <br />for the board's consideration. Mr. Haas indicated he has a <br />few concerns and would submit his proposed changes in <br />writing. Schrantz stated any member who wishes to propose <br />changes should submit them to the Administrative Secretary <br />prior to the March meeting, at which time this policy will <br />again be.considered. <br />Consideration of Andover's Storm Drainage Plan <br />Haas addressed Andover's storm drainage plan, indicating <br />there will be a few minor changes. Andover reportedly <br />provides an annual report to the Coon Creek Watershed. <br />Jankowski recommended Andover's Storm Drainage Plan be sent <br />to the LRRWMO Consulting Engineer for his review and comment. <br />Mr. Haas indicated he would send Skallman a copy. <br />Soil and Water Conservation District Seminar <br />This item was previously discussed and action taken during <br />this meeting. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion was made by Jankowski, seconded by Schultz, to ADJOURN <br />THE MEETING. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes.
