Jankowski <br />withdrew the motion. <br />Motion was made by Schultz, seconded by Erickson, to INDICATE <br />TO THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES THE LRRWMO WILL REVIEW <br />THIS PROJECT, ADDRESSING THE CONSULTING ENGINEER'S COMMENTS <br />AND CONCERNS, DURING THE LRRWMO PERMITTING PROCESS. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />Schultz reported on the status of the Anoka Vocational <br />Technical College project application for the proposed <br />expansion of its facility along west Highway 10 in Anoka. He <br />indicated they have met all of the LRRWMO Consulting <br />Engineer's previous comments as far as ponding is concerned. <br />Schultz provided a brief description of the proposed project. <br />Complete project plans were provided for review and <br />discussion. He recalled Skallman had already reviewed this <br />project prior to the receipt of a formal application and <br />permit fee. Schultz informed the board a LRRWMO permit <br />application has been sent to Skallman. However, no formal <br />comment has since been received from Skallman. <br />Considerable discussion ensued with regard to the administra- <br />tion of the LRRWMO permitting process. The board concurred <br />with the following procedure: <br />-- Applicant obtains a LRRWMO permit application from the <br />project's City Engineer, and the permit application fee is <br />submitted along with the appropriate project plans for <br />review. <br />-- The City Engineer is responsible for the check, permit <br />form, and backup information being sent to the LRRWMO office <br />at Anoka City Hall where the Deputy Treasurer will process <br />the check and number the permit application. <br />-- A copy of said check and backup information will be <br />provided to LRRWMO in-coming mail, currently at Anoka City <br />Hall, Engineering Department, for proper mailing distribution <br />to board members. <br />-- The City Engineer is also responsible for seeing that a <br />copy of the check, application, and backup information is <br />sent to the Consulting Engineer for the project review. <br />Upon discussion of the processing details, the Administrative <br />Secretary queried whether a fee and project information <br />
