While no actual response was given, Jankowski agreed to submit a project application form. The board noted the receipt of the Anoka County Ditch Inven- tory. Members concurred this information will be routed to each board member in preparation for comment at the February meeting. PENDING PROJECTS /PERMIT REVIEWS Schultz provided a quarterly report from the City of Anoka showing no activity during the fourth quarter of 1991. The other members noted fourth quarter 1991 reports will be due from them at the February meeting. OLD BUSINESS Water Quality Records /Maintenance Jankowski indicated he has not addressed this issue; agreeing to take care of it for the February meeting. NEWSLETTER Board members agreed on the process of submitting LRRWMO articles into a newsletter: Members will submit articles to the Administrative Secretary who will type them in final form and submit them to each member city. Those cities will, in turn, include the articles in their municipal newsletters, whether they be monthly or quarterly. It was the consensus of the board to submit articles address- ing the history of Water Management Organizations and discus- sing the Anoka County Ditch Inventory, submitted by Weaver and Jankowski, respectively. Said articles should be submitted to the Administrative Secretary at the February meeting. WMO Enforcement of Wetland Regulations Schrantz stated the LRRWMO will have to approve a plan for the interim wetland regulations. Erickson noted the Board of Water and Soil Resources is requiring a steering committee be established for this. Schrantz indicated both issues should be considered and addressed at the February meeting.
