Schrantz also noted on page four of the November meeting minutes where the Engineering staffs of the Cities of Andover and Anoka were to respond to the Metropolitan Council requested SWLRB Model Survey. It was noted that apparently neither city has yet completed the survey. Schrantz further queried whether Jankowski has developed an on -site inspection form, as discussed on page five of the November meeting minutes, to be utilized for uniform project inspections throughout the LRRWMO area. Jankowski indicated said form was not yet prepared. However, he would make one available for LRRWMO consideration at the January 1993 regular meeting. Motion was made by Jankowski, seconded by Schrantz, to APPROVE THE NOVEMBER 19, 1992, REGULAR MEETING MINUTES AS PRINTED. 2 ayes - 0 nayes - 1 present (Schultz). Motion carried. TREASURER'S REPORT October and November Financial Reports Knutson presented the Treasurer's Report for the periods ending October 31, 1992, and November 30, 1992, showing respective account balances of: checking account, $10.00 and $10.00; interest bearing savings account, $6,459.16 less the permit account balance of $1,423.00 for an available interest bearing saving account balance in October of $5,036.16 and in November an interest bearing savings account balance of $5,983.25 less the permit account balance of $1,610.00 for an available November interest bearing savings account balance of $4,373.25; and certificate of deposit balances of $10,000.00 and $10,000.00; for current total balances ending October 31, 1992, and November 30, 1992, of $16,469.16 and $15,993.25, respectively. Knutson stated all budget line items look to be in good shape; we will be carrying over a good balance to next year. Jankowski noted that Ramsey's assessments were increased approximately $3,000 - $4,000. Knutson confirmed that is because last year's insurance premium costs were taken out of reserves. It had been the board's decision to increase the budget to cover future insurance premium costs plus the normal increase in expenditures during the year.
