LRRWMO Meeting Minutes
September 17, 1992
Page 12
A notification was received about a conference to be held
March 17 -19, 1993, at the Midway Hotel, La Crosse, Wisconsin,
relative to Rural Nonpoint Source Pollution in the Upper
Midwest: Exploring Local -Level Initiatives and Effective
Partnerships. No action taken.
Notification was also received of the 1992 Minnesota Quality
Conference to be held October 8, 1992, at the Minneapolis
Convention Center. No action taken.
PENDING PROJECTS /PERMIT REVIEWS - ( Continued)
Second Quarter Reports - Coon Ra pids and Ramse
Jankowski indicated he did not have Ramsey's Second Quarter
Reports available. Schrantz directed this item be placed on
the October agenda.
Update on Ramsey Project #92 -15
Jankowski recalled that Skallman had expressed concern about
the discharge velocity of this project not being in compli-
ance with LRRWMO regulations. He indicated he requested that
engineer Pete Raatikka provide an update on that project;
however, said update has not yet been received by Jankowski.
He indicated he would check back with Mr. Raatikka for an
update. This item was carried over to the October regular
meeting.
OLD BUSINESS
Water Quality Records /Maintenance
Schrantz noted that this item has been on LRRWMO agendas for
one full year. Jankowski stated he has been unable to get
down to Barr Engineering to see what kind of water quality
records relating to LRRWMO records Skallman was keeping. He
suggested perhaps this could be a winter project when he was
less busy. The board agreed this item would be carried over
on future agendas as a reminder.
Andover's Comprehensive Storm Drainage Plan
Schrantz reported he has received no response back yet from
the engineer. This item was continued to the October regular
meeting agenda.
