LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />AUGUST 20, 1992 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Jim Schrantz called the meeting to order at 8:30 <br />a.m. in the Canmittee Room of Anoka City Hall. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Members present were Jim Schrantz, Steve Jankowski, and John <br />Weaver. <br />Also present were Deputy Treasurer Jim Knutson, Andover <br />alternate Bruce Perry, Anoka alternate Ray Schultz, and Coon <br />Rapids alternate Bill Ottensman. <br />CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES <br />Motion was made by Schrantz, seconded <br />APPROVE THE JULY 15, 1992, MEETING MINUTES <br />3 ayes (Schrantz, Jankowski, Schultz) - 0 <br />(Ottensman). Motion carried. <br />Motion was made by Jankowski, seconded <br />APPROVE THE JUNE 25, 1992, MEETING MINUTES <br />3 ayes - 0 nayes - 1 present (Ottensman). <br />Motion was made by Jankowski, seconded by <br />THE JULY 22, 1992, MEETING MINUTES AS PRIM <br />3 ayes - 0 nayes - 1 present (Ottensman). <br />TREASURER'S REPORT <br />by Jankowski, to <br />AS PRINTED. <br />nayes - 1 present <br />by Schrantz, to <br />AS PRINTED. <br />Motion carried. <br />Weaver, to APPROVE <br />rED. <br />Motion carried. <br />Knutson presented the Treasurer's Report for the period <br />ending July 31, 1992, indicating a money market checking <br />account balance of $10.00; an interest bearing savings <br />account balance of $5,494.63 less the permit account balance <br />of $2,677.00, for a total savings account balance of <br />$2,817.63; and a certificate of deposit balance of <br />$12,000.00; for a total current balance of $17,504.63. <br />Knutson noted the payment of second half membership dues by <br />the Cities of Andover and Ramsey. <br />Knutson reminded the board some time ago it approved payment <br />of some Barr Engineering bills; checks for these payments <br />
