LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />MAY 20, 1992 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairman Jim Schrantz called the meeting to order at 8:30 <br />a.m. in the Committee Room of Anoka City Hall. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Members present were Jim Schrantz, Scott Erickson, Steve <br />Jankowski, and John Weaver. <br />Also present were Ray Schultz, Anoka alternate; Jim Knutson, <br />Deputy Treasurer; David Newman, Vice - President, Nedegaard <br />Construction; and Doug Fischer, Anoka County Design Engineer. <br />CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES <br />Motion was made by Erickson, seconded by Weaver, to APPROVE <br />THE APRIL 15, 1992, MEETING MINUTES AS PRINTED. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />TREASURER'S REPORT <br />Erickson presented the Treasurer's Report for the month <br />ending April 30, 1992, as well as a fiscal year 1991 report <br />which reflects January secretarial service expenditures that <br />fall within the 1991 budget. The April 1992 account balances <br />show a money market checking account balance of $10.00; an <br />interest bearing savings account balance of $5,766.64, less a <br />permit account balance of $1,327.00, for a total savings <br />account balance of $4,439.64; and a certificate of deposit <br />account balance of $8,000; for a current total balance, as of <br />April 30, 1992, of $13,776.44. Erickson confirmed all four <br />member cities have paid their first half year contributions. <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Erickson, to ACCEPT <br />THE TREASURER'S REPORT AS PRESENTED. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />Annual Budget Report <br />Knutson provided a brief presentation of the annual budget <br />report for the LRRWMO for fiscal year 1991, ending January <br />31, 1992. Graphs were provided showing the cities' contribu- <br />tions and fund balances from 1987 through 1992. <br />
