CASE # ~ •D <br />PUBLIC HEARING: APPLICATION FOR ON-SALE AND SUNDAY <br />INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE; CASE OF ACAPULCO <br />By: Jo Thieling, City Clerk <br />Background: <br />Acapulco of Ramsey,. Inc. d/b/a Acapulco Mexican Restaurant, has properly applied for an on- <br />sale and Sunday intoxicating liquor license at 7988 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey. This is a new <br />establishment located within the Town Center. Enclosed is a copy of the public hearing notice. <br />Police Chief Way has completed the background investigation, reviewed the application, and <br />found everything to be in order.
