NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, Apri127, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Acapulco of Ramsey, Inc. d/b/a <br />Acapulco Mexican Restaurant, for an On-Sale and Sunday Sales Intoxicating Liquor License at <br />the property generally known as 7988 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. This is a new <br />establishment. <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request for an <br />On-Sale Intoxicating liquor license. The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with <br />Disabilities Act. Upon advance request, information will be provided in an alternative form, and <br />interpreters will be available. Any person with such a request should contact Jo Thieling at 763- <br />433-9840 prior to 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 21, 2010. There is a TDD machine at Ramsey <br />Municipal Center; the number is 763-427-8591. <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, <br />attention Jo Thieling, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303.
