CASE # ~ ~S <br />ADOPT AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 58 OF CITY CODE, RELATED <br />TO FORCED MUNICIPAL UTILITY CONNECTIONS <br />By Steven Jankowski, Assistant City Engineer <br />Background: <br />At the April 14, 2010 the City Council introduced an ordinance repealing sections of the City <br />Code related to mandatory municipal utility connections to maintain consistency with the City <br />Charter. Background for this case is contained in the ordinance introduction case of April 13, <br />2010.
