Providing Council approves of this proposed language, this would be effective January 1, <br />2010. Due to publication requirements, staff has placed this ordinance on the Consent <br />Agenda portion of the regular agenda for introduction this evening. It will be back on the <br />November 24 agenda for formal adoption and published in the Anoka County Union on <br />November 27. <br />Attachments: <br />1.
