We recently have prepared the Final Draft Report for this <br />· project, and now the next phase involves public input. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The scope of our services, as we understand it, is to perform the following tasks: <br /> <br />t. Prepare presentation materials and attend TAC Meeting <br /> <br /> Prepare draft presentation mater/als for two public meetings (this assumes the same <br /> gaphics can be used for each meeting and most graphics in the current draft document can <br /> be used for developing materials). Review these items in a meeting with the CRII6 <br /> Project Team and other policy-makers. Clarify any questions regarding the corridor <br /> concept. Discuss the approach to the two public meetings. Update the presentation <br /> materials based on comments/:'rom the TAC meeting. <br /> <br />Prepare for and attend the Residential Open House Meeting <br /> <br />Prepare for and attend the open house with the County and Cities. <br />and answer .questions c'onceming the concept plan. for CR 116. <br /> <br />Listen <br /> <br />to public input <br /> <br />Prepare for and attend Business Meeting <br /> <br />Prepare a handout for the business meeting..Attend' the meeting.with the County and <br />Cities. Listen to comments and answer questions by business representatives concerning <br />the concept plan for CR 116. <br /> <br />The City of' Ramsey, City of Anoka or Anoka County will contact tl~e appropriate residents and <br />business owners concerning the meetings. This work program does not include any updates to <br />the Final Draft Report, based on the comments from the meetings.
