The estimated cost is based on the scope of services provided. It is <br />understood that if the scope or the extent of work is adjusted at any time, the' project cost. will be' <br />adjusted accordingly, upon your approval. <br /> <br />We propose to be reimbursed for our services on an hourly basis at a rate of 2.5 times salary cost <br />for the actual time expended, for the out-of-pocket expenses (printing, reproduction, etc.) at cost <br />and mileage will be billed at a rate not.. to exceed the iRS allowance for business m/les. Invoices <br />would be submitted on a monthly basis for work performed during the previous month, with <br />payment due within 30 _days <br /> <br />NOTICE TO PROCEED <br /> <br />A signed copy of this proposal or a separate letter of authorization returned to this office will <br />serve as notice to proceed.
