Attachment F <br />Board Member introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #10-05-_ <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANC)J OF A VARIANCE TO LAUREL A. <br />ANDERSON AT 14440 BOWERS DRIVE N.W. (PERMITTEE) TO CONSTRUCT AN <br />ACCESSORY STRUCTURE CLOSER TO THE FRONT PROPERTY LINE THAN THE <br />PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME. <br />WHEREAS, Laurel A. Anderson (Permittee) has properly applied for a'variance from <br />Section 117-349(12)(b) of the Ramsey City Code to construct an accessory structure closer to the <br />front property line than the principal structure on the property generally known as 14440 Bowers <br />Drive N.W. and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 1 Bloclc 1 Bowers Mississippi Acres Second Addition, together with Lot 33 <br />Bowers Mississippi Acres, Subject to Easement of Record <br />(Subject Properiy). <br />AND WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on May 6, 2010, <br />pursuant to Section 117-53 of the Ramsey City Code. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADNSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF NIINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That based on Findings of Fact #_ a variance to construct a 768 square foot accessory <br />structure closer to the front property line than the principal structure on the Subject Property <br />is hereby granted as indicated on the site plan herein attached as Exhibit A: <br />2. That the accessory structure constructed on the Subject Property shall maintain a m;n;mum <br />setback of 150 feet from the front property line. <br />3. That no other structures or additions shall be constructed in the front yard unless it is in <br />accordance with City Code. <br />4. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br />this variance. <br />5. That the Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br />of the accessory structure. <br />6. That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of personal property and that no <br />commercial activity of any type shall be permitted in said structure unless it is in accordance <br />with City Code. <br />30 <br />
