7.. That splitting of.the lot is not permitted without removing the new accessory structure or <br />without construction of a principal structure on the resulting new lot. <br />8. That the Permittee agrees that the terms of this variance shall be binding upon its successors <br />and assigns: . <br />9. That this variance shall automatically expire if the use is not initiated by May 6, 2011, and <br />issuance of the building permit shall constitute initiation. The Permittee may petition for an <br />extension of time in which to complete the variance.
