LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />March 18, 1993 <br />Page 3 <br />Annual Reportinc Recuirements <br />The board noted the receipt of information pertaining to the <br />annual reporting requirements of WMO's, referencing Minnesota <br />Rule #8410.0150. Knutson indicated the annual financial <br />report is due 120 days following the end of the fiscal year. <br />Therefore, the LRRWMO financial report is due in the State <br />Auditor's office by April 30, 1993. <br />Schrantz stated the LRRWMO Consulting Engineer should see <br />that this board is properly responding to the annual <br />reporting requirements. <br />PAYMENT OF BILLS <br />Knutson presented a bill from Barr Engineering in the amount <br />of $52.50 for the period January 3, 1993, through January 30, <br />1993, for reviewing the meeting minutes and administrative <br />expenditures. He noted this bill was included in the <br />financial report just presented. <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson, to AUTHORIZE <br />PAYMENT OF THIS $52.50 BILL TO BILL ENGINEERING. <br />3 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF OFFICERS <br />On-Site Inspection Form <br />Chair Schrantz noted Jankowski was not yet present at the <br />meeting and directed that this agenda item be postponed until <br />his arrival. <br />CONSIDERATION OF COMMUNICATIONS <br />Haas Letter re Andover Water Resource Management Plan Dat_Pd <br />The board acknowledged a March 1, 1993, letter from Andover <br />Assistant City Engineer Todd J. Haas noting the enclosure of <br />two copies of .Andover's Water Resource Management Plan, <br />approved by the Andover City Council, Coon Creek Watershed <br />District, and the LRRWMO. <br />Schrantz indicated on March 24, 1993, there will be an all <br />day work session with state representatives explaining these <br />permitting processes. Be suggested someone from the LRRWMO <br />attend on behalf of this watershed in order that we might <br />
