Schultz stated if this is not <br />done, the property owners will be hit hard when it comes to <br />purchasing flood insurance. <br />Jankowski stated the difference in this plan and that which <br />Barr Engineering reviewed was the shape of the wetland and <br />the elevation at which the wetland was identified. <br />Schrantz queried what the time schedule is for this project. <br />Jankowski stated he still had time to send the revised <br />grading and drainage plan back to Barr Engineering for <br />review. Bowever, he did feel we should probably move fairly <br />quickly on it. <br />Motion was made by Jankowski, seconded by Weaver, to APPROVE <br />THE PERMIT FOR RAMSEY COMMONS SECOND ADDITION CONTINGENT UPON <br />RESUBMITTAL OF THE UPDATED PLANS TO BARB ENGINEERING FOR <br />REVIEW AND APPROVAL WITH FAVORABLE FINDINGS. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />The board agreed when Barr Engineering reviews this plan, and <br />should it be found acceptable, Jankowski will contact the <br />LRRWMO Chair for his signature on the permit application. A <br />copy of same will be provided the LRRWMO files. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Water Quality Records/Maintenance <br />Jankowski indicated this information has not been obtained <br />from Barr Engineering. Chair Schrantz directed that this <br />agenda item be placed on the April agenda. <br />REPORT OF OFFICERS (Continued) <br />On-Site Pro-iect Inspection Form <br />Jankowski indicated he has not prepared an on-site inspection <br />form as of yet. This item will also be carried over to the <br />April agenda. <br />OLD BUSINESS (Continued) <br />with Consult- <br />Board members discussed numerous items they each wanted <br />included in an agreement with the LRRWMO Consulting Engineer. <br />Following considerable discussion, the board concurred on the <br />
