LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />November 18, 1993 <br />Page 7 <br />Weaver thanked Ottensmann and Ferguson for addressing these concerns. He stated he is <br />comfortable with their suggested amendments and suggested they prepare a revised <br />document to reflect the changes which can be considered at the December 16,1993 meeting. <br />Ferguson stated he will provide the LRRWMO attorney with a copy of the revised <br />document. <br />Moved by Weaver, seconded by Haas, to send a copy of the revised JPA to Curt Pearson <br />(LRRWMO Attorney) for his review and recommendation, and that this item be placed on <br />the December 16, 1993 agenda for final review. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />Water Ouality Records/Maintenance <br />Jankowski questioned the types of water quality records that are maintained by Barr <br />Engineering. Beduhn stated he does not know of any records maintained by Barr <br />Engineering, however, the State database maintains some files. He added he can direct the <br />LRRWMO to the proper databases if they need this type of information. <br />No action required. <br />BWSR Bankin Mitigation Update <br />Jankowski reported he attended part of the BWSR Seminar but they did not discuss <br />mitigation, wetland credits or units. <br />Newsletter Article -Coon Rapids <br />Ferguson requested that the Administrative Secretary review past minutes to determine the <br />topic for the Coon Rapids newsletter article. <br />Not available; placed on December agenda. <br />Farm Near Weieh Station Drainage Operation -Update <br />Jankowski reported Cathy Brehm, DNR Conservation Officer, has advised that she has <br />inspected this site and found no violations. It was also noted this site is exempt from the <br />Wetland Act since it is agricultural, however, she will contact the PCA since water is being <br />discharged directly into the Mississippi River. <br />No action required. <br />
