LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />January 21, 1993 <br />Page 9 <br />the developer intends to fill along the. boundary of the <br />wetlands and get DNR approval prior to construction. <br />Motion was made by Schrantz, seconded by Weaver, to APPROVE <br />THE PROPOSED MITIGATION PLANS FOR RAMSEY MEADOWS PHASE II <br />SUBJECT TO THE RECEIPT OF CORPS OF ENGINEERS AND DNR PERMITS, <br />IF REQUIRED. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />Mineral Pond Sixth Addition <br />Schultz requested the Mineral Pond Sixth Addition project be <br />placed on the February agenda. Members concurred. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Water Quality Records/Maintenance <br />In noting that this records/maintenance information was not <br />obtained by Jankowski from Barr Engineering, Schrantz <br />directed that it be placed on the February agenda. <br />Anoka County SWCD Refund for Seechi Disk Readings <br />Schrantz indicated he would contact the SWCD relative to a <br />possible refund for not participating in the Seechi disk <br />program during 1992, for which the LRRWMO paid. He would <br />report back to the board at the February meeting. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Review Proposals for Engineering/Legal Consulting Services <br />The board discussed the proposals received for engineering <br />and legal consulting services. As for legal services, while <br />the members concurred the organization has been well serviced <br />by ..Curtis Pearson,. they agreed... it would-be proper to hear <br />from Mr. Pearson that he is interested in continuing to serve <br />the LRRWMO in a legal capacity and, if so, the rate he would <br />charge for said services. <br />Motion was made by Ottensman, seconded by Weaver, to WRITE A <br />LETTER TO CURTIS PEARSON REQUESTING HIS INTERESTING IN <br />CONTINUING TO SERVE THE LRRWMO AS ITS LEGAL CONSULTANT AND TO <br />FURTHER QUERY HIS RATE OF COMPENSATION FOR SAID SERVICES. <br />4 ayes - O nayes. Motion carried. <br />
