The <br />Administrative Secretary reported she has also placed two calls requesting an update but not <br />received a reply. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Coon Creek Watershed Memorandum re: City of Ham Lake Boundaries <br />Haas reported that the LRRWMO had been sent this memorandum by mistake; it should <br />have been sent to the ilpper Rum River Water Management Organization. <br />Cease and Desist Order #0913 -Donald Thompson. 16955 Valle, <br />Haas reviewed the letter received from Chris Lord indicating the site has been adequately <br />restored to satisfy the requirements of the 1991 Wetland Conservation Act. <br />Motion by Weaver, seconded by Haas, to accept the notiPcation from the Anoka <br />Conservation District that Cease and Desist Order #0913 issued at 16955 Valley Drive has <br />been satisfactorily resolved. Vote: 3 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />Cease and Desist Order #0914 -Robert Dickinson. Andover <br />Jankowski reviewed the letter received from Chris Lord indicating 16339 Makah Street, <br />Andover, has not been adequately restored to satisfy the requirements of the 1991 Wetland <br />Conservation Act; however, the site was inspected in July so some of the work may have <br />been done since that time. Lord also indicated that the LRRWMO is the LGU in this case. <br />Haas questioned why Lord took action as the LGU with Order #0913 but not with Order <br />#0914. <br />Jankowski asked what the next step is when the land owner refuses to comply. Haas <br />commented the matter can be prosecuted in court by the County. <br />Since the last inspection was done in July, Haas stated he will call Lord and ask if further <br />work has been completed. <br />
