<br />LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />December 16, 1993 <br />Page 3 <br />Knutson reviewed percentages calculated for the engineering bill which indicates 94% <br />($762.04) will be allocated to permit fees and 6% ($49.50) to administrative costs. <br />Jankowski commented these costs aze in line with budgeted amounts. <br />Motion was made by Ferguson, sernnded by Weaver, to authorize payment to Barr <br />Engineering of $81154 as presented; 94% ($762.04) to permit fees and 6% ($49.50) to <br />administrative costs. <br />Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />Weaver was excused from the meeting at 8:50 a.m. so he could attend another meeting. <br />CONSIDER COMMUNICATIONS <br />Review Corresnondence in Chair's Folder <br />Cease and Desist #0914 -Robert Dickinson. Andover <br />Jankowski noted Chris Lord, Anoka Conservation District, has written regazding an <br />enforcement action against Robert Dickinson. Lord indicated he has inspected the site, <br />notified Dickinson of needed restoration, and given a deadline of Mazch 30, 1994. <br />Jankowski pointed out Lord will follow up to assure compliance. <br />No action required. <br />Restoration of Wetlands - Oftendahl <br />Jankowski reviewed another correspondence from Lord to Oftendahl indicating this is the <br />last notice pending legal action. <br />No action required. <br />Cease and Desist #3764 -Becky Vein, Andover <br />Haas stated this site is in Andover and he will inspect the site next week. <br />Jankowski suggested he record time spent in case it is eligible for reimbursement through <br />the matching grant funds which have been applied for. <br />
