Jankowski commented these costs aze in line with budgeted amounts. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. Motion was made by Ferguson, seconded by Haas, to authorize payment to Timesaver of $230.32 as presented. Vote: 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried. Weaver was excused from the meeting at 8:50 a.m. so he could attend another meeting. CONSIDER COMMUNICATIONS Review Corresnondence in Chair's Folder Cease and Desist #0914 -Robert Dickinson. Andover Jankowski noted Chris Lord, Anoka Conservation District, has written regazding an enforcement action against Robert Dickinson. Lord indicated he has inspected the site, notified Dickinson of needed restoration, and given a deadline of Mazch 30, 1994. Jankowski pointed out Lord will follow up to assure compliance. No action required. Restoration of Wetlands - Oftendahl Jankowski reviewed another correspondence from Lord to Oftendahl indicating this is the last notice pending legal action. No action required. Cease and Desist #3764 -Becky Vein, Andover Haas stated this site is in Andover and he will inspect the site next week. Jankowski suggested he record time spent in case it is eligible for reimbursement through the matching grant funds which have been applied for.
