Resulting comments from Ramsey should then be sent directly to Pearson for his review, alterations, and redrafting in readiness for the September meeting. Addition to the motion: PEARSON SHALL PROCEED AS DIRECTED, SUBJECT TO THE RECEIPT OF INFORMATION/COMMENTS ON THE DRAFT AGREEMENT FROM THE CITY OF RAMSEY. ALONG WITH THE COPY SHOWING ADDITIONS AND DELETIONS, A CLEAN COPY OF THE REVISED DRAFT DOCUMENT SHALL BE PROVIDED. Jankowski was asked to send all LRRWMO members and the LRRWMO files a copy of Ramsey's comments to allow for more complete review prior to the September meeting. VOTE: 4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. Status of the Anoka Technical Center Proiect Schultz referenced a memorandum from Russ Zastrow, City of Anoka, indicating the Anoka Technical Center project, WMO application #91-4, has been satisfactorily completed. He then recommended the balance of its permit fee, $209.50, be refunded. Motion was made by Ferguson, by Weaver, to RELEASE THE UNEXTENDED FUNDS FROM LRRWMO APPLICATION #91-4, $209.50, TO THE ANOKA TECHNICAL CENTER, ALONG WITH AN APPROPRIATE COVER LETTER. 4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. Lord of Life Church Permit Refund Recommendation Jankowski verbally reported that the Lord of Life Church project, LRRWMO application #91-1, has been properly com- pleted and recommended the LRRWMO authorize the refund of the unextended funds from the permit fee paid. A formal written request shall be provided to Knutson immediately following this meeting. Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson, to AUTHORIZE THE RELEASE OF UNEXTENDED FUNDS FROM LRRWMO APPLICATION #91- 1, $157.50, TO LORD OF LIFE CHURCH, RAMSEY. 4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried.
