Motion carried. <br />Application #93-10, Wicklund Construction, Inc. <br />The board reviewed Application #93-10, Wicklund Construction, <br />Inc. and Beduhn's related memorandum, recommending the board <br />table this permit as submitted until the wetland mitigation <br />issues are resolved. <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Perry, to TABLE <br />CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION #93-10, WICKLUND CONSTRUCTION, <br />INC. UNTIL THE WETLAND MITIGATION ISSUES ARE RESOLVED. <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />Raas reported he advised the applicant to take care of this <br />this year because mitigation will be tougher next year. <br />Anoka County Project CP 93-12-116, LRRWMO Application #93-3 <br />The board again review this project and its related concerns. <br />Beduhn's August 18, 1993, memorandum was noted which <br />indicated Anoka and Andover expressed drainage concerns. <br />
