Ms. Sonsteby is definitely outside her time <br />allotment. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Newsletter Articles <br />Baas provided an newsletter article to be submitted to the <br />four member cities' newsletter: "Wetland Conservation Act". <br />Discussion of BWSR Presented Banking/Mitigation Format <br />Upon discussion of the BWSR version of a banking/mitigation <br />format, the board concurred it was not comfortable with it. <br />Updated Policy on Permit Application Procedure <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson, to APPROVE <br />THE ADOPT THE UPDATED POLICY ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION <br />4 ayes - 0 nayes. Motion carried. <br />Status of Farm Near Weigh Station Drainage Operation <br />Jankowski had not yet inspected the property; no report <br />available. This item shall be placed on the September <br />agenda. <br />
