LRRWMO Meeting Minutes <br />July 15, 1993 <br />Page 18 <br />PAYMENT OF BILLS <br />The board reviewed a bill from Barr Engineering in the amount <br />of $436.27 for services provided. <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Ferguson, to APPROVE <br />PAYMENT OF THIS $$436.27 BARB ENGINEERING BILL WITH THE <br />UNDERSTANDING THE DISTRIBUTION OF MONEY WILL BE COMPLETED AS <br />SHOWN ON THE BILL. <br />4 ayes - O nayes. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF OFFICERS <br />Fourth Quarter 1992 Reports <br />Ferguson provided a June 25, 1993, letter to the LRRWMO <br />indicating there have been no new construction projects in <br />the LRRWMO portion of his city during the fourth quarter of <br />1992 or the first quarter of 1993. <br />Jankowski indicated his fourth quarter 1992 report is still <br />unavailable. It will be placed on the August agenda. <br />First Quarter 1993 Reports <br />Haas provided a a first quarter 1993 report for the City of <br />Andover, including a map showing the project areas. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Sunny Pond Letter of Credit Renewal <br />Jankowski provided the LRRWMO with an extension to the Sunny. <br />Ponds Letter of Credit, indicating said amendment to the <br />irrevocable letter of credit shall not be extended beyond <br />December 31, 1994. <br />TREASURER'S REPORT <br />Budget Discussions <br />The board briefly discussed the LRRWMO 1994 budget <br />projections. Weaver noted whereby the current LRRWMO budget <br />is $18,200. He queried how this board should proceed: <br />continue with the same budget for 1994 in light of the <br />potential future costs described to this board or draw down <br />on the LRRWMO reserves knowing the potential planning related <br />costs and others that could very well be significant. <br />
