LOWER RUM RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />MAY 27, 1993 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Vice-Chairman Steve Jankowski called the meeting to order at <br />9:00 a.m. in the Committee Room of Anoka City Hall. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Voting members present were Steve Jankowski, Ben Ferguson, <br />Bruce Perry (Andover Alternate), and John Weaver. James <br />Schrantz was absent. <br />Also present were Anoka Alternate Ray Schultz, Deputy <br />Treasurer Jim Knutson, and Consulting Engineer Bob Beduhn. <br />CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES <br />Weaver indicated on page four of the April 16, 1993, meeting <br />minutes, second to the last paragraph, the word "since" in <br />the motion should be "sense". <br />Motion was made by Weaver, seconded by Jankowski, to APPROVE <br />THE APRIL 15, 1993, MEETING MINUTES AS PRINTED AND THE APRIL <br />16, 1993, MEETING MINUTES WITH THE CORRECTION NOTED. <br />2 ayes (Weaver, Jankowski) - 0 nayes - 2 present (Ferguson, <br />Perry). Motion carried. <br />TREASURER'S REPORT <br />Knutson presented the Treasurer's Report for the period <br />ending April 30, 1993. He noted that the Professional <br />Services line item of the budget has expended $623.33 to date <br />of its $2,000.00 budgeted amount, an average of approximately <br />22-23 hours per month. The budget was established at <br />approximately 14 hours per month. Therefore, Knutson, <br />explained, it is probable there will be a shortfall in that <br />line item if this continues. <br />Knutson went on to itemize the financial disbursements for <br />the month. <br />With regard to the permit account balance, which Rnutson had <br />previously recommended .each city representative review and <br />recommend refunds to the appropriate project developer, <br />Knutson indicated all permit funds are still on account. <br />Andover has indicated all its permits are still open and not <br />
